REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds must be clear and acceptable.

See the required guides for setting up IPTV. √ If your internet speed is low, preventing you from viewing and using our services, you can then request a refund. √ Service quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of activation. √ Billing errors: If you have been incorrectly billed, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date to request a refund.

The following situations are excluded from a refund:

√ Cancellation of the service after 7 days of activation. √ Refunds requested due to changes in hardware or software requirements. √ Refunds requested due to user errors or abuse of the service.

Procedure for requesting a refund:

Refund amount:
